The overall quality of the jacket, I would rate high. It is good for cold weather areas. My personal opinion, this jacket will keep you warm down to zero degree F or lower. One thing I did find unusual is the way the zipper works. The sider is on the left hand side of the zipper and not the right. I've never seen a zipper on a men's jacket work like that. However, the zipper is heavy duty and woks fine, just takes a little getting used to. It's a good looking jacket with plenty of pockets. For me it's a keeper.
