If you're an adult with a smaller wrist, this is for you. I'm an artist and a very busy mom. I do everything in this watch. I installed 1500 pounds of concrete with this thing with no problems. We swim in our pool all summer and I never take it off. We stayed at the beach for a week and it works after snorkeling. (It's a bit hard to read in direct sunlight. It's ok, shade your wrist.) The only problem was that the strap lasts about a year, more or less, because the little loop that holds the flexible part breaks. in summary.
