Got these to use for my outdoor activities. When I first seen them I thought no way would they fit. I washed them and did not notice any obvious shrinkage. I tried them on and they seemed a good fit albeit a tad loose. I figured I was gonna be bending and stretching so that should be ok. There are a ton of pockets and Velcro tabs for adjustment to the fit. I tried the Knee pads and really wasn't impressed. Its a tough fit and they seemed to cause hot spots so I removed them. I like these over all and they will get used for trail riding quite a bit.
