DB-Tech Bamboo Wood Compact Bread is the best product ever! I ordered a Pullman charging bowl with a lid that can make a loaf of bread and I ordered a collapsible bread slicer to evenly slice my bread. There's a small, medium, and large range for slicing bread, and I use the medium setting for the regular look of a slice of bread. A larger value produces thicker bread, for example for croutons, while a smaller value produces very thin bread for toasting and breading. It is fully foldable and can be stowed away to save space. That's a great idea and I'm sorry I didn't find it sooner. Sandy Hutton
