First class customer service. Sebastian knows everything and puts the customer first. I will be shopping with them more often based on my experience. I ordered the wrong size boots and they sent me the correct ones with a return package and a sturdy boot return label. They are so easy to work with and I really appreciate everything they have done. Now for boots. My girlfriend had Normatec boots and I can honestly say they are just as good if not better but at a much lower price. I am so pleased with it that I will be recommending it to all my trainer friends in the market. The remote control is a great thing. Easy adjustment without movement. The various presets are great and I can't wait to use them all. I look forward to the recovery they will help with. Can't wait for the hip mounts to come out too. I'll definitely watch. Don't make my mistake and order boots according to the review which said she was 5ft 6" and the centers didn't even reach mid-thigh. My height is 5 feet 10 inches. and the big ones were too big. Disable company size recommendations. The tool is perfect for me.
