Like most of these instruments, you tend to stick to tried and true settings. This one has several settings and every one is so powerful and intense. Not for the faint if heart. Haven’t tried out it’s waterproof ability yet and likely won’t. Too strong for my calf muscle cramps but absolutely perfect for my back issues and relaxing muscles.

I bought this due having shoulder surgery and needed something small and rechargeable.
