I have been performing as a singer with bands for many years and I am never on stage without water. Unfortunately, I also jump a lot and act like an idiot. and yes, I definitely spill water on all the sound engineers equipment. I love my sound engineers and don't want to ruin their fancy gear. So I got this little guy and the sound engineers are very happy with me. I really like the design of this coaster. The bottom is made of insulating fabric so it folds up and easily stows in your bag for a late night gig. The clip at the top is solid and looks like it could be tinkered with. I am happy with this purchase.
