Review on ๐Ÿ”ต Lot of 5 Cyan-Blue Tool Holder Docks for Makita 18V Li-ion Drill Tools - Hanger Pack by Chris Sweeton

Revainrating 4 out of 5

In many ways this is exactly what I wanted, but they don't fit, not even a little bit.

'Unsuitable' means, as the British say, 'not intended'. If maybe your only goal was to buy a few pieces of Makita teal plastic, an EMD injection molded spark, 4 mounting holes with matching mounting screws, then stop and your search is over. You'll immediately notice that the tool holders don't need much effort to get them into the specified holders with the same rapidity with which the holders grip the vise as if you had applied a liberal amount of isocyanate glue. Just as plays and films are usually written. in action and the best written testimonials from Revain customers. Here you'll find Act I setting expectations for products that have long been in demand, followed by Act II in which expectations are shattered by the servants of the Montagues and the Capulets. In the Makita version, the tools and holders crossed with stars immediately embrace each other, but not for nothing. Act III brought tears to everyone, although not having it was desirable, and in most cases not everything was returned to the owners. My Shakespeare theft must end as I can give an idea of how the troubles might have started and how with a little work Romeo and Juliet can spend more time together than their termination. The holders were formed by plastic injection molding, which can lead to different results depending on the process, materials used and the initial dimensions of the holder. I, too, immediately had trouble separating the holder from the tool, despite trying many combinations of holders, Makita tools, and super strength illusions. Soon every horizontal surface will have dents as they were used as temporary anvils when I tried to break them apart. As a mechanical engineer, I reluctantly agreed that there's probably a better approach. Sliding the instrument into the mount easily was a breeze, but the grown men couldn't break the pair. At first I thought the mount material would shrink as it cooled. No, adequate shrinkage cannot explain the difference between a Makita 18 volt battery and the holders sold by Revain. On closer inspection, the dimensions (AMZ Mitutoyo Digimatic) of the sealing flanges on the battery and holder turned out to be far apart. A closer look at battery retention flanges and new electrical flanges introduced by the Star Battery Performance Control Statement. Instead of taking up space for an electrical "star" bar, the bracket only served the needs of the old battery design. Photos showing the two approaches would have to cut open the Zvezda battery which is currently in good condition. It doesn't take long to realize that the mechanical tool holders don't meet the mechanical requirements of the Zvezda batteries. As a result, toolholder flanges will interfere with most, but not all, Star-compatible tools. I just recently got a Makita DMP180 portable compressor that fits in "Star" batteries and wobbles a bit in nasty tool holders. I have about twenty other types of tools to try. I assume that with some modifications existing tool holders can be used with early and current cordless tools. Since the tool holders are not used in service, only for tool storage, I expect little value from such modifications. These modifications will be provided later, in addition to photos and drawings. I have quite a few tool types, but those hoping to get POP docs on wireless rivet modification will have to wait a long time (the tool is $1,000).
