These are the ONLY cases that are real cold when you roll over on it. Cools you down quick. I have access to four pillows. When I get up to use bathroom. I grab a new pillow, feel the cool, then back to sleep. When hot, warm pillow, awake for hours.Find a good shammy. Cool down shammy. Use pillow and wet shammy. You will get better sleep.
