Review on πŸ“± TACKFORM Universal Tablet Holder - Versatile Compatibility for Exercise Equipment & More - iPad & Tablet Compatible by Brandon Teitel

confusing design and poor grip

This product has the most obscure initial design I've seen on any of these unbranded Chinese products I bought on Amazon. There's a center section with a spring-loaded extension down the middle, which I didn't notice initially, and several sets of levers you can use to attach the holder to your tablet. Initially, this setup was very confusing as I didn't have arms long enough to hold my Surface Pro before I discovered the extension in the middle. Once you understand that, it's clear that you have a bit of design freedom in how you want to orient the tablet without blocking the cameras or I/O ports, but there's another problem. I bought this product specifically for the ballpoint pen to align my tablet the way I wanted it, but it's almost impossible to tighten the ball joint enough to keep my surface stable. Maybe that would be more efficient for something like an iPad, but in my case it wobbles uncomfortably even though I can't tighten it anymore. I will probably return this and look at other products and I urge you not to buy this.
