I liked that it was easy to create campaigns, track performance metrics and generate reports from within my account dashboard. The reporting system could be more robust with regards to ad groups/campaign structure. It would also help if there were better integration between AdWords & Analytics accounts for greater insights into campaign data. In general, responsive ads is an excellent tool that makes setting up new ad units very simple. We have been able to deploy multiple types of ads (including video) without having any technical experience in this area. And we've seen great results as well! Our team has found that using RAA helps us drive traffic to our website at lower cost than traditional display advertising methods. Before implementing RAA, we didn't realize how important remarketing can be when targeting specific customer segments or audiences. Thanks to their tools, now we are doing exactly what they promise - driving qualified visitors back to our site after interacting elsewhere online through search queries.
