Yes, it's cheap, but that doesn't mean it's bad. I just installed it last night. I put it on a 1998 Chevy S10. This is my work truck, quite old and battered so I really didn't want to spend a lot on it. Satisfied with the packaging, fast delivery. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it doesn't come with the nuts needed to attach it to the door frame. Three of my old mirrors were too small, luckily I had a lot of nuts lying around and was able to find some easily. Bottom line, if you're looking for a super quality, genuine, factory tested part, this isn't it. If you are looking for an inexpensive, functional and well made mirror to help you see behind you. This one will do.
