The best part about this tool for us was its ability to integrate across our different platforms like Salesforce or Jira etc., which helped in tracking all tasks from one place without having multiple tools installed at once! It also has some really cool features such as creating custom reports using filters & drill downs etc..
I think there are more options available when compared to other similar products out here!! One thing i would say could be improved upon if possible - maybe make reporting/scheduling easier? We used panivavas's helpdesk ticketing system quite extensively (for both sales support tickets created by customers OR internally generated ones). This allowed me to track progress easily through various channels including emails / phone calls received over time.
