Sucking is no joke. I love that I can mount it in non-traditional/narrow spots next to the dash. The side grips, which will last the phone for life, are made of slightly sticky rubber; I'm sure if I had swung him like a flail he would still have stayed. One disadvantage of a long gooseneck is that it will definitely wobble a lot if you don't use a gooseneck holder. Overall I would recommend it if you are looking for a secure yet flexible phone mount!
