Soft fabric with a nice print.
This changing board is definitely worth the money as the print is so great and the fabric is the softest I have ever felt on a changing blanket. I have Aden and Anais diapers but they are nothing compared to the softness of these diapers. They're also a lot bigger, so that could be a bad thing or a good thing depending on how you like it. Definitely worth the money in my opinion!
