The best multimedia album for drawing. I've been using it since 1984 and it always works great. Canson Mix Media XL is pathetic, a real killer by comparison. Strathmore's mixed-media visual magazine, while good, only has half the pages for the same price. I've used charcoal, pen and ink, and watercolor and they all work well. As with any sketchbook, the use of watercolor is somewhat limited. You cannot effectively use wet-on-wet or layered glazing techniques that are too wet. Use Arches watercolor paper for full-size watercolors. However, this Super Aquabee sketchbook is great for simple watercolor sketches. After all, this is a sketchbook. Super Aquabee is the best watercolor pencils or watercolor pencils I have found. Excellent paper.
