I like that they are very willing to help you with any questions or concerns throughout your project from start-to finish. They have made it easier than ever before when adding new equipment into our fleet; no more going through multiple departments in order find someone who knows how things work! The only downside is sometimes there can be an extra step involved between asking them something versus sending out emails/calling directly myself but not too big deal since we're working together every day anyways so overall this has been great!!
