I first learned how to solve a cube in the late 70's when I was in high school. Picked it up last year to do something when COVID hit. I'm by no means a speedcuber. I still use the proven beginner's method. My best time on an all-purpose cube I bought earlier this year was around 1:58, which I was very proud of as I never got under 2:30 back then. This GAN came yesterday and WOW! It's like day and night. It's smooth as silk, buttery and FAST! I spent last night making a few decisions just to get used to how fast it is. In the beginning I shot every move. Today I ran a cube timer on Ruwix and showed 5 amazing results, the slowest 1:48 and the fastest 1:09! Amazing cube. Motivates me to learn some of the faster methods.
