First let me say this check book is NOT designed for slip on backed cheques. It works for both end and top break checks without a plug. This probably works best with top gap checks, but I'm quite happy using it for my no stub checks. The back "paper" of the checks was a bit tight to fit, but ended up without clipping. A little trimming would help a lot and I might do that next time. The overall appearance is excellent considering the bargain price. Since I rarely carry my checkbook with me but have always wanted something nice, this article is exactly what I wanted. I don't know how durable it will be (it's leather!) but it shouldn't matter if I wear it around as infrequently as I expect.
