Review on 🔨 Yost 10WW Professional-Grade Ductile Woodworking Vise by Adam Browning

Absolutely fantastic woodworking vise. The best foreign made vise I have ever seen and way better than buying a 30 year old broken US made racquet on Ebay. The jaws have an impeccable square shape and great clamping force. Ductile steel is a kind of hybrid metal, better than cast iron and higher quality steel from the $800 vise. After reading a million woodworking reports and forums, I gave up the quick solve feature. I'm just WAY too many of them break down. After unpacking, after a year, after 5 and after 12 years, the quick couplings break and the vice is unusable. I don't use a vise like a carpenter every day, so loosening them with a through bolt is no problem. The vise unscrews with the touch of a finger and simply unscrews. I have no doubts that this item will be given to one of my children. They lowered the price of this item significantly for a few days and I took action. It still costs a few hundred dollars compared to the competition. UPDATE: 11/18 Still works like new. Looks great even considering how I beat him. A real rip off.
