They're ok if you're NOT planning on standing on them. If you do that, they will be crushed in half forever. But the sizes are good and as long as you use them for seated foot massage they are fine. When the purple fell in half I just left it in the kitchen to stand on when I washed the dishes. But only order it if you HOPE for half a scoop or plan on ONLY using it while seated. I find my plantar fasciitis responds better to balls that support my full weight while standing. However, I was happy enough to keep them for myself and give the set as a gift. By the way, I'm 5ft 8in and about 127lbs.
