I'm buying this to actually eat them lol. 7 months pregnant and I love her! There's definitely that "wet mud" (high point, low iron) we crave during pregnancy. My doctor allowed me to eat them, but be sure to ask your own before consuming them. :) Also helps with my anxiety but don't overdo it as they also act as a mild laxative (although they don't cause cramps!) which is great! :)
