Summary: The drivers that came with the adapter are junk and when you see your display it's blurry and too big! Don't waste money. I recently bought this USB to HDMI adapter. I needed to connect a second monitor to my laptop but only had an HDMI port. So I opted for the USB connection. The adapter has arrived and comes with a downloadable driver on CD. Drivers must be installed to use the adapter. This is not common with most adapters that I'm used to. Normally you can plug it in and go! Anyway, the drivers install a program called "USB Display" that keeps crashing so I could never connect to the monitor. I tried on a second laptop where I could see the screen but the packaging was broken. So everything is oversized. And yes, I tried correcting the display settings, but they were as they should have been. I triple checked it. A bad product all round.
