Hello Reveins! I ordered this chair with low expectations for the price. Unfortunately, this chair turned out to be worse than expected. It was easy to assemble. The quality of the chair itself is decent and corresponds to the price. However, the chair massage function didn't work after I put the batteries in. No, these are not batteries. I put in 4 brand new Duracell batteries. Worst of all, the lumps from the massage mechanism dug into my back. I contacted support via email on their website. Let's see how it works. In any case, even if they fix the situation, I'll have to reassemble another chair or replace the backrest. I'll let you know when I get an update. I received the replacement part within 3 days. What works! I cannot blame the company for what may have happened during delivery. On the other hand, this company stands by its products. Glory!
