Very disappointed Very weak chair does not hold much weight. only adjust up and down. And the massager only works with charged batteries. To turn it off you need to remove the battery. Not worth my time or money, better spend the extra fifty bucks and get a better one elsewhere.

The chair arrived quickly but the cables for the massage function were not connected. I called and although the representative was polite she was unable to buy me a new chair through the same salesperson. I got my money back but had to buy another chair for a lot of money. The chair is not uncomfortable, but you won't be able to sit in it for long.

It's harder than many reviews say. I often punish mine so I don't know what people do with these things to damage them. The vibration function is VERY good, but the real chair doesn't recline, so it's not always comfortable for the lower back and shoulders. I can't use it for more than a couple of hours before I have to get up and walk around to give my core stabilizers a break.

The massage function is amazing. The leather is of decent quality. Not bad on the comfort level. It took me a really long time to put them together and the pieces didn't quite fit together or necessarily be completely square, but they still feel good and are pretty solid/sturdy to sit on. This is a great price for a great looking massage chair so can't really complain.

This chair does not recline as stated in the product description. If you are 5ft 10" or taller, the seat is too small back to front to comfortably support your legs. The seat padding is also insufficient, so I added a cushion to the seat. Hole screw caps do not stay inside. The assembly instructions were sufficient. When I realized that this chair is from China, I understood why the seat is too small for a taller person. I would not recommend this product to anyone and this is the worst product

Hello Reveins! I ordered this chair with low expectations for the price. Unfortunately, this chair turned out to be worse than expected. It was easy to assemble. The quality of the chair itself is decent and corresponds to the price. However, the chair massage function didn't work after I put the batteries in. No, these are not batteries.
