After carefully reading the instructions and collecting it, filling it with water (by the way, I didn’t even open the filter in the kit), I was afraid of marriage and a possible return, turned on the unit. By default, the auto function is on, blinking a lot, it worked to the maximum (by the way, in the reviews they write that it is noisy), when I listened, I realized that it was not the device itself that was making noise, but the air that the fan blows quite powerfully. On average, it is almost inaudible, but at night it seems that it does not work at all. In general, the humidity reached 60, he caught up in two hours, in a room of 20 sq / m, after that he went into quiet mode and simply maintained the humidity. At night he was transferred to the bedroom (it is smaller) and put into night mode, slept well and even forgot that he was there, by morning the humidity was also close to 60. As for air purification, I can only say one thing, the water was a little polluted, although at home clean, there was even wool from animals (a cat and a dog at home), but this is not significant. The ionizer can be turned off in auto mode. In general, the purchase is very satisfied. Who doubts or has not decided yet, I recommend, take it boldly !
