
Took four days and three nights on a trip. I brought a case of ice to keep my fruit and almond milk cold for the protein shakes. I haven't used ice, but have used cold fruit, protein powder, supplements, and cold almond milk to make protein shakes. I did six in four days and worked well. All you had to do was hold it to the side to start mixing, and that's what the instructions say. Six mixes took one lane out of the listed available capacity. I would suggest training at home before attending an outdoor event. I made a few shakes at home before I went camping.
