In the photo there is a difference of 7 days, when using strips 5 days. I am very happy with the visible color change and visible lightening. The only downside is that my lower teeth became quite sensitive about 12-24 hours after using it, and even more so after using it for 2-3 days in a row. I had to wait a day between uses due to sensitivity. Obviously this may not be the case for all. Apart from the sensitivity, they are very easy to use, tasteless and bleach very well. I keep planning the application, but I take breaks in between!
