I've had several emails from the company that makes this. Here are the problems as I described them to Meilan: I don't think the problem is with the sensors. I think the problems are: 1- the instructions provided are poor as are the online videos 2- the procedure for connecting the computer 3- the procedure for programming the correct wheel size 4- the poor quality of the application. 5- the fact that I need to save the workout on my computer to transfer it to the application. I found the Wahoo app to easily connect directly to Meilan sensors. Now I don't use a computer anymore, I use the Wahoo app. I'm considering returning the computer and keeping the sensors. I decided to return the whole system and just buy the sensors. The support agent was very responsive and did everything they could to help me. Unfortunately, the system is very imperfect.
