I love these brake pads. I stop quickly and silently now. No more careening into intersections, brakes screaming, soiling my shorts as I stare defiantly at motorists experiencing their first involuntary enuresis and the blissful moment before the realize they’ll never have that "new car smell” again. An ample supply of shims was provided, which is good. Creeping about with your head pressed to the floor, trying to find a dropped shim should be experienced by everyone, once. If Robin is helping you, she’s quite good at locating the spot the shim would have landed when it fell, but not so much at actually finding it. I do recommend having a magnet nearby to speed up retrieval of dropped shims and nuts, not that crawling about the floor with Robin isn’t fun. It is fun. But that much effort should be rewarded with a money or food, not a bit of metal.
