This silicone coated metal plate is genius. Someone wrote that it's a weak magnet, but it's not a magnet at all. This is a metal plate wrapped in silicone that is attracted to magnetic car mounts like the Wizgear. My mount pulls this plate so hard that the phone doesn't slide or move at all when in place. Also, this product is a bit genius because when glued to the outside of the case, the friction of the silicone prevents the phone from sliding across the surface. You can place your phone over a dashboard, on a table/desk, etc. and it won't slide at all. The glue is also very strong and once you stick it it won't go anywhere.
