This is one of the few reviews I have ever written. I bought my thermostat a few months ago and noticed that it makes a loud noise at low or medium speeds. I contacted the company and received a prompt response from Jeremy. He clearly made an effort to understand my problem and not let me think I did anything wrong. A few days later he contacted me and said that they had identified the problem (he even gave me some high level technical details) and said that they were working on a fix and that I would get a replacement when it was ready. Well I received my free replacement today and it works exactly as advertised and fixes the issues. The level of customer service is unparalleled. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. My only problem will be convincing my wife to let me buy more of her products! Great product, great service!
