I bought it believing in Panasonic. No longer. I don't think they are capable of selling junk. Now I realized that they not only know how to deliver garbage, but also excel at it. It fell apart when I picked it up. Very cheaply made. Whether it works silently is no coincidence. Sounds like a cheap drugstore toy. Imagine that next to your ear. The battery compartment just slides out at the end. It is only held by friction. I couldn't believe how cheaply designed it was. The instruction manual must be written by a 5-year-old child. I could go on, but if you haven't figured it out yet, you might deserve a Panasonic. It should be at least a second generation device, you know, with all the bugs worked out. Well, they fooled me. Do not be fooled. Panasonic is now on my never buy list. Fool me once shame on you. You won't get a second chance to fool me twice after sending this kind of crap. I have a set of adjectives that I can't repeat for the sake of decency, but they start with the letters "S" and "S". I will definitely never buy a product from this company again. I have been a top Revain customer for many years. I have bought hundreds of products. Haven't had to write a negative review yet. Panasonic is now BAN! Update: Fast forward 2 days. Just. ordered a new trimmer (tip-tip). More than twice the price for this junk. Now he goes to the garbage heap where he can meet with his own kind.
