What's wrong with that? So many things. Firstly, it lies flat against the back of the seat which means drinks and everything else inside will tip over. It also bounces a bit because there is no support between the product itself and the back seat. I had to tweak this by using a lot of the glued single sided sticky felt that I already had on the back of this product to even it out.Second, when I'm in the driver's seat and reach for the back of the car, I accidentally bump into it and knock off the hook and one of the cup holders.I got this tweaked by rotating the hook which I kept pushing back so the part that attaches to the headrest is now actually facing the driver's side passenger door. Third, the cup holders are too big for regular bottled water. I tweaked this by using some sticky felt and sliding it into the cup holders just enough to hold more solid drinks like water and soda bottles. Fourth, the hooks on the bottom are useless. because there isn't really enough space behind that hook to easily hang something and I haven't found a setting for it, I just don't use it.
