qualitative. Terrible cooler for the Intel processor. 4-pin power connector missing

I like this processor but it's locked in the low power version. One thing I remember, now my Corsair cooler is out of order. Return for a refund. The fan of this processor is that the power cable from the CPU cooler is damn short. I can't connect it no matter how I switch it. I plan to buy a cooler for this processor. Or you can buy a 4 pin extension cord. But as it is now, it's useless to me
