This scraper works very well, the double side comes in handy when you need metal or plastic blades. A few times I've started with one and progressed to the other depending on whether I need more or less cutting power. Little things that make it a little less perfect: the cap on the metal side of the razor comes off easier than the cap on the plastic side. Of course you can swap them out, but the last thing I want is for the cap to come off and cut my hand. It wasn't, but now I know. A one-sided thumbscrew requires a steeper angle due to the curvature of the tool. I would still buy them again because they work well and are cheap.
