A bit skeptical about buying this device due to the low price. But it works! The SF-103 is designed for radio amateurs to ensure their radio is properly programmed. With an analogue signal, the transmission frequency is displayed; and when using repeater access tones (CTCSS/PL/DCS) that are broadcast. For digital broadcasts the frequency of the broadcast is shown (although I would like the DMR color code/timeslot to be shown as well - maybe in a future update). The wide 2MHz to 2.8GHz range means it also works on the HF bands to measure frequency and relative signal strength. The instruction manual is somewhat lacking and written in poor English, but the device is relatively easy to use.
