Review on Sizzix Big Shot Express Electric Die Cutting Machine with 6-inch Opening by Kristen Reid

Long waited for this to become available. They even called Sizzix direct and were told they were having problems with the car and it would be a few more months before it was up for sale. When I saw it online my husband said I should order it as an early birthday present. I was so excited! When it arrived I waited about a week to try it because I wanted a day when nothing else could distract me. I was disappointed with the cut, not always complete on some stamps and ok on others. I only used Sizzix stamps. I was so lucky to have him that I decided to live with him. Two days later I tried again and everything was the same, some stamps are fine, others are not. Then I heard a big bang! I have no idea what happened but after that it still sounded but didn't cut through at all. It was then that I also noticed the date of manufacture, which was around the time Sizzix informed me that they were having problems with the machines. I have a feeling the sellers were aware of the potential issues with this machine. I can't prove it, but I'm SO disappointed. Now I also learn that Revain only has a 30-day return policy. I ordered from Revain because I trusted them. I will never order anything mechanical from them again. I thought they were supporting their customers. I don't think 30 days is long enough to appreciate something you don't use every day.
