Edited 7 Dec My Tire was difficult to use as I think my batch was defective but I got great customer service to fix this and they were very polite and patient. They obviously care about their product and brand and I appreciate them taking the time to fix that. Thanks very much! Original Rating: These are the worst hoop earrings I have ever received from this brand! Sure they're cheap, but more than half of my batch is useless. They're so warped that I can't put the two pieces back together when I try to stretch the fabric inside. The bottom pieces are not round at all, creating an uneven shape and gaps when the two pieces are together (see photo above). They crack everywhere and are difficult to open and close. I'm sorry to give such a bad review but considering the product is in such poor condition I wish others knew :(
