Delivery was very fast and although they are the same price as anything you will find in our stores the quality is MUCH better. They hold up well and have really smooth edges compared to all other companies I've tried. I ordered 3 dozen more because they are so well made.

I ordered 12 pieces to manufacture. All 12 had a protective blue plastic coating on the metal parts. It took me an hour with needle nose tweezers to remove the plating from the metal. One side came up fairly easily. On the other hand, the ALL COATING is never removed. Luckily I can cover it with tape - hopefully! I gave it a 3 for ease of use due to the time it takes to remove the cover. When I get something, I don't want to take it away first.

EDIT: I just bought these again and they came without the blue plastic! The dream came true! They're great for the Christmas decorations we're going to make out of them. However, the metal parts are covered with a blue plastic film (perhaps to prevent scratches) which was very tedious and annoying to remove. Since the plastic is blue it will be pretty obvious and ugly unless you remove every little detail. For people unwilling to spend more than 5 minutes on each ring to slowly and carefully…

Very good quality for the price. They are durable and I haven't had any issues with them. They're not as round as we'd like, but most are workable. However, the blue film covering the metal and sticking under the nut is a big problem. If they were just for personal use I wouldn't care but I bought them with the intention of using them to present cross stitch gifts and this blue packaging really makes me wonder if I could use them for that. So far I have tried 5 hoops and 2 proved unsuitable. I think one ripped in shipping because it arrived broken. (See pic) Another had the inner hoop so out of shape it didn't fit properly at all and the fabric was slipping in the hoop too much. Also, these tires are a bit splintery and I don't like that.
