I wear a size 12 or 12.5 from almost every popular sports brand - Brooks, Asics, Altra, Nike etc. Without the inserts it's still a size 12 or 12.5. If I want to wear PowerSteps instead of normal insoles, then it is 12.5 or bust size. Their size 11 is almost perfect for my feet. When walking and with the straps slightly tightened, my feet fit perfectly on the platform with a little more room at the top. My heels don't stick out behind my back and unless I tighten the straps or slip a lot my feet will be on the platform the whole time. PLEASE consider choosing the right size for you. If necessary, try a few before ordering. These guys fit fine when they fit, but "ordering" like most people here suggest is a bad idea. You'll regret it if you do.
