Excellent replacement for expensive big brands. They seem to be as effective as Underarmour and Nike at keeping you cool and comfortable in hot weather. I'm 6ft 150lbs and the average size fits me. Pretty cozy with little room to manoeuvre. I would have to go a small if I wanted a tight fit. The most amazing thing about these shirts is that they come below my waist. I can actually wear them like a tank top, tuck them in and they really stay in. Also remember to wash them separately before the first wash. Red, in particular, makes any white outfit look pink. In fact, after wearing one of these shirts all day, I sometimes get paint on my armpits. Make sure to wash them first, that shouldn't be a problem. I've attached a photo of the red shirts I'm soaking in the sink (two hours). You will see the water turn red AFTER two normal washes in the washing machine.
