I'm changing my rating from 2 stars to 5 because the customer service was fantastic. They contacted me when they found out I didn't like the product and offered several solutions. I wasn't expecting this, so it's nice to know that they care about the quality of the product. In the end I was happy with the result. I've been grinding my teeth in my sleep for years, so I keep buying new sleep pads. fits your mouth, this is available in two different sizes. I had to use the small one for my mouth so the other two that came with it were a waste of time. Not to mention that the process of "sticking the guard on your mouth" was simple but completely pointless since your teeth have nothing to do with it. Plunge to give a true custom fit. With no form around my teeth, it just hangs in my mouth. It provides minimal protection for my teeth, but I've had better products and would recommend spending a few bucks more.
