After three nights I find that it has really helped my jaw pain and cracking. I've worn expensive mouthguards for years, but recently I've had jaw problems and pain after implant placement. I wanted to try something less thick and softer. It seems to work. After the first night my jaw hurts less. I have a small mouth and wear it backwards because the front of the gums matter less when the front is on top of the lips rather than the bottom. Wearing it this way is very comfortable from the start.

I like how this mouthguard fits. However, they are supposed to last three months, and this one lasted less than one. The left side, where I clench my teeth most often, is completely destroyed. For the price, I expected it to last at least the three months guaranteed in the description.

I have tried many mouthguards that can be used to treat bruxism and none of them have worked for me. I have a very small mouth and this is the best I've found. It is adjustable, hygienic and comes with a nice case. I'm on the second The first lasted three years and the only reason I had to throw it away was because it accidentally got in the wash and the heat melted it.

Bought this item in a store but lost the bite guard while travelling. Decided to replace and found this item. The brand, packaging, make and model of this item matched my original purchase from the store. When I opened this bite guard, everything was very different. It didn't fit, felt flimsy and cheap, had a completely different bite pattern and had NO branding on the product itself unlike my original store purchase.
