This is the only mouthguard that I love/use again and again. Last year I actually fractured a molar that had to be removed due to night clenching. Since then I have tried different mouthguards/brands and this one was the best for me. your gums. There is another one from the same manufacturer but the pads rotate. While this is good in concept, it's terrible in practice. for without something to fix their position, they rotate. Obviously they can't spin when they're between the teeth, so guess what? The strap that connects them goes to the top of the mouth very uncomfortable. However, this one is fully adjustable from front to back (great for different mouth sizes or if you're missing a tooth) and doesn't rotate, so the pads and the strap that connects them stay in the same place when you put it in your mouth . I find it very comfortable, it doesn't cut into your gums, it's all covered in soft silicone which adds a lot to the comfort. I highly recommend this brand and this option in particular if you have compression issues. or loops!
