I like this pillow, but figuring out how best to use it requires some experimentation. The pillow can be oriented in several ways, depending on how you sleep and what feels most comfortable. The pillow is really well made and appears to have been well thought out for neck issues. This is a comfortable contour pillow. I didn’t notice it being any more comfortable or supportive from the contour pillow I already use. It is wider that my existing contour pillow, so if you sleep with your arms above your head, it may offer you some additional support. I’m happy with it, even though the extra features don’t add any value to me. Recommended.

The description seemed to imply that the pillow came with additional inserts for adjustments. There were none in my package. Fortunately, it did not matter as the pillow was fine just the way it was. It did have a slight odor initially. But I followed their suggestion of washing the pillowcase and letting the pillow air out for a couple of days before use. With any pillow, an important factor is how long it holds up in use. That will take some time to determine.

Wake hasn't felt this nice in a long time. It supports my neck the right way so that the next day my neck isn't all cramped up. This is a good pillow that will let you sleep a better and it has a firm or soft insert to fit your needs.

This pillow is not for me. I'm a side sleeper so I made sure to use that side of the pillow. I've never had neck pain, but I did with this pillow.

I ordered this to possibly help with headache when laying in certain positions while asleep. This does not have the support that I needed as it seems too low/flat. The only position that feels okay is if laying on my stomach with this pillow. Any other positions I have to put another pillow underneath.

Make sure pillow is position correctly on your neck. Its better then a normal pillow but needs to be position accordingly to your neck area.

I got this for my husband as he was in need of a new pillow. He has been using it for a month now and sleeps better. He's not tossing and turning as often at night. He had not complained of this being too hot or too thick. It seems to be just right.

There is an additional insert that comes with this pillow but after 2 nights of use I couldn’t get comfortable support. The foam just isn’t supporting my neck.

Not a cheap product out there. It works pretty well and meet my expectations for a typical memory foam pillow. The nice touch is that it has two inserts that I could switch for different support hardness. I found the harder one fits me better than the softer insert. I would recommend.
