First of all, this pillow is a nice size. It did not have any type of odor upon opening the packaging, which is very important to me. It is rather comfortable and supportive, depending on the sleeping position you use. The pillow includes two inserts; there is a zipper that allows you to change the insert to either a firmer or softer middle. You can flip the pillow to have more or less neck support. It is quite comfortable for back sleepers. However, in my opinion, it isn't quite the right height for side sleepers, which I primarily am, although I also sleep on my back sometimes. I do not sleep on my stomach, so I can't give an opinion on the company's claim that it is good for all sleeping positions. Overall, it is a nice pillow, although it's not quite right for me as an every night pillow.
