Make sure you position pillow correctly

Make sure pillow is position correctly on your neck. Its better then a normal pillow but needs to be position accordingly to your neck area.

Ordered this because I get really bad migraines that start in my neck, so I figured this might be able to help. I discovered it does help when laying on my back, but makes the migraines worse when I lay on my side with this. This is the reason I gave it 4/5 stars, because it mentions it is good for side sleepers. Overall though, it helps a little so if you''re trying new things it might be worth it.
