Excellent! Not sure I was going to get along with it at first but any change in sleeping arrangements take getting used to. This pillow is very supportive and not as hot feeling as I feared it might be. In Fact, between the shredded memory foam and the cover on this pillow I wake up much drier as I tend to perspire at night with just one sheet too many, forget about the blankets. This is a quality pillow -BUT-I wish there was a tad more filling. I'm 6'1" with a 45 wide chest. That means I also have wide shoulders. I am also a side sleeper and I still have to manipulate the pillow to give my heqd the support I need while sleeping. If only the pillow came with 15% more filling for dudes like me. The instructions talk about pulling filling out to adjust and thee is a cute bag for storing-BUT-that is for smaller folks.

I feel the pillows came to size as expected, but find they are a little to firm and lumpy. They do have a smell for a little while but this is to be expected and it does go away. All in all they are as good as some of the other memory foam pillows I have tried and cheaper, so far the best ones we have purchased and use is the Ultra Soft Luxury Bamboo Shredded Memory Foam Pillow by Island Slumber.

When you first fill it up it will look quite full, but it does eventually pack down. As it packs down a bit, not greatest for side-sleeping, at least not if you have wider shoulders I suppose. But for sleeping on your back, I like it a lot as I like not feeling like my neck is curled towards by chest when I sleep on my back.Not exactly fluffy-soft, more dense-soft, but very supportive. I am a side sleeper, so I didn't remove any of the foam. I've had the pillow a couple of weeks, and it's already going flat. I have to flip it and try to make it thicker during the night, which is a pain. I've also put in dryer a couple of times. I've written the company, requesting some more foam. If they send me that, it will probably solve the problem. The pillow would probably be fine for a lot of people, but I am 5'9" tall and being a side sleeper makes a difference.

When I got this I took it out of the packing and then removed it from the external pillow covering. I fluffed it like it says in the instructions and then opened it to peek inside. There was a smell I associate with memory foam products that have been sealed in plastic, so I left it laying out for a few days, then placed it inside the external pillow case and put one of my cases on it. Does have a tendency to go flat if you sleep in one position all night, but I toss and turn a lot so it's not a problem for me. For someone with broader shoulders it probably wouldn't provide as much support as our does for me as a side sleeper. It has helped my neck problems a lot even though I haven't had it long. I used to have 2-3 pillows that I'd have to rearrange throughout the night depending on how I was laying, now I only need the one and it's always comfortable. Very worth it.

I'm still on the lookout for the perfect pillow. Some day, some where. This pillow is decent I'm able to fluff it up easily. The bamboo makes it heavier than typical ones. More of a med-firm to firm feel. No noise. Easy to clean. A good basic pillow overall.

Nice quality pillow as other reviewers stated, and love that I can remove stuffing to suite my thickness needs, but memory foam could be softer in my opinion. I have chronic pain issues and pinched nerves in neck which causes my hands to go numb with pain and wake me in my sleep. Took out about 70% of the foam filling but still have issues. Again, if the foam was a little less dense and squished more, I think it would be a 5 star pillow.
