I ordered two of these pillows. Both pillows were sewn together well with an inner lining holding all of the shredded memory foam, and a well constructed case on the outside. Both the lining and the outer case have sturdy plastic zippers. The case has the companies logo pressed into its quilted design. The pillows came packaged in a zippered plastic bag which included a small canvas sinch sack for the purpose of storing extra memory foam. When I first tried one of the pillows I found that it was VERY firm, which is great for people who like super firm pillows, however I’m not one of those people. I simply followed the manufacturers instructions and removed a good portion of the memory foam from the pillow and stored it in the sinch sack they gave me. After removing some of the shredded memory foam I found the pillow to be extremely comfortable to sleep on. I felt the price for the pillows was reasonable considering their good quality.
